Role Description
Go Speedy Go is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, on-site position at our Ranchi location. In this role, you will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, mentoring employees, and addressing HR-related matters. You will work closely with leadership to support organizational goals and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues effectively
- Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance
- Experience in Performance Management to support employee development and engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive or service industries is a plus
