Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 5:00 AM- 2:00 PM (EDT)

What you'll do:
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy & workforce planning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
- Drive employee engagement, culture & retention programs
- Own performance management & succession planning
- Ensure HR compliance, policy governance & risk mitigation
- Design L&D programs & lead change management initiatives
- Oversee compensation benchmarking & HR operations
What we need:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field (SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred)
- 5+ years of strategic HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law & people strategy
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace & HRIS tools
