Role Description
This is a full-time on site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Business Partner. The role involves collaborating with leadership and employees to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and improving HR policies, overseeing employee relations, providing guidance on labor and employment law compliance, and implementing performance management programs. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting workforce planning, and addressing organizational needs.
Should be flexible with rotational shifts
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of HR Policies and proven experience in Human Resources (HR) management.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and knowledge of Labor and Employment Law as applicable to workplace practices.
- Experience in designing and executing Performance Management systems and practices to enhance employee development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
