IMMEDIATE HIRE | MOVING QUICKLY
Tired of handling surface-level HR issues with no real investigative depth? This is your chance to own complex Employee Relations for a high-volume healthcare RCM operation — partnering directly with operations heads, compliance leaders, and frontline managers on consequential people decisions.
Gloplax Solutions supports healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management operations with critical business and people functions across large-scale distributed teams of 1,500–2,000+ employees.
This is a high-visibility senior IC role where your investigations, coaching, and ER strategy directly impact associate safety, workforce stability, and operational continuity across billing, coding, AR follow-up, and patient access teams.
If you meet 70% of the requirements below, we strongly encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end ER investigations for workplace behaviour, harassment, discrimination, conduct issues, confidentiality breaches, HIPAA-related incidents, fraud indicators, and RCM-sensitive concerns across billing, coding, AR follow-up, patient access, and authorization teams
- Conduct employee, supervisor, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings — document findings, recommend fair actions, and ensure closure with minimal disruption to healthcare operations
- Address performance and conduct issues linked to DNFB, turnaround time, coding accuracy, audit findings, quality scores, attendance, and 24/7 operations discipline
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Compliance leaders to ensure ER actions align with healthcare controls, payer requirements, labour laws, and accreditation standards including NABH and JCI
- Coach frontline managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary frameworks, grievance conversations, documentation quality, and preventive ER strategies
- Maintain ER dashboards covering attendance, productivity-linked escalations, grievances, engagement feedback, and trend insights for leadership review
What We're Looking For
- 9–13 years of HR or Employee Relations experience with at least 3–5 years in healthcare, RCM, shared services, GCC, or BPO high-volume environments
- Hands-on experience managing complex ER investigations, conduct matters, PIPs, corrective action processes, counselling, and terminations
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory expectations, workplace conduct frameworks, and healthcare compliance concepts including HIPAA and patient privacy
- Experience operating in organizations of 1,500–2,000+ employees with shift coverage, productivity metrics, and workforce stability requirements
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification is preferred
- HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Manager, ER Consultant, People Relations Manager, HR Manager – Employee Relations, or Senior HR Consultant with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
Don't meet every requirement? If you're excited about this role and meet 70% of the criteria — apply anyway. We hire for potential as much as experience.
