About the Role
The Senior HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable organizational success. This role requires expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, with a strong focus on stakeholder influence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR partnership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees; act as a bridge between HR and the business to ensure alignment and trust.
- Talent management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Employee engagement: Design and implement programs to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
- Change management: Support organizational transformation, including restructuring, mergers, and cultural integration.
- Performance management: Drive performance review processes and coach managers on effective feedback.
- HR analytics: Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Compliance & policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Stakeholder-Focused Expectations
- Influence leadership: Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and other functions to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conflict resolution: Mediate complex issues between stakeholders, balancing business needs with employee well-being.
- Communication excellence: Deliver clear, persuasive messaging to diverse audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
