Job Brief: Business HR Process Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive HR business partnering, employee engagement, and performance management within a fast-paced KPO/IT/ITES environment. The role involves working closely with business leaders to manage employee lifecycle processes, improve performance, and ensure HR compliance.
Salary: Up to 13.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and operations
- Manage performance cycles, appraisals, and calibration
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Drive attrition control and engagement initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, career development, and capability building
- Ensure HR compliance, exit processes, and background verification
- Maintain HR dashboards, reporting, and trackers
- Lead rewards & recognition programs
Requirements:
- Graduate + MBA
- 5+ years of experience (min. 3 years in HRBP role)
- Experience in KPO/IT/ITES preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
