Job Description
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Work Timings : 11 AM – 8 PM
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders by providing strategic and operational HR support.
- Conduct regular meetings and maintain strong communication with business units to understand needs, challenges, and workforce dynamics.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance issues, and career development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases by conducting thorough, fair, and objective investigations.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend proactive solutions, programs, and policy improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, partnering with the legal team when necessary.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions where appropriate.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen work relationships, enhance morale, and improve employee retention and productivity.
- Develop and manage employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and other personnel changes.
- Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
- Identify training and development needs across teams and ensure training programs are effective, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and monitor training outcomes to ensure objectives are achieved and learning is effectively applied on the job.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics, engagement strategies, and performance management systems.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and empathy in handling sensitive matters.
