Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive key HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The role requires a strategic and people-focused professional who can support business objectives while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings with business units to address people-related priorities and challenges.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Provide coaching and performance management support to managers and employee
- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and morale-building initiatives
- Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied and aligned with business goal
- Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policie
- Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation reviews, promotions, transfers, and employment contract
- Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives across team
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and performance management program
- Keep job descriptions updated and aligned with organizational and compliance requirement
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related tools.
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Human Resources roles.
- Strong exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational development, employee engagement, and employment laws.
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
