The Role
We are looking for an HR professional to manage and enhance the end-to-end employee journey across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in HR operations, employee experience, and people processes, along with comfort using technology, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, handles mature and sensitive conversations with professionalism, and brings a positive, proactive attitude.
You will:
- Manage the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, policy communication, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Serve as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and consistent people experience.
- Handle sensitive and mature employee conversations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Support execution of core HR processes and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant HR operations.
- Drive process improvements across the HR function to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.
- Use digital tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and HR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in HR processes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and process trackers with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee communication initiatives and help build a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR projects related to automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in HRMS-related activities, including data quality, process workflows, testing, user support, and adoption.
- Where applicable, support implementation or enhancement of HR systems and digital HR processes.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee experience, HR operations, or a similar people-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working with HR technology platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

- Prompt engineering basics
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Presentation and customised business reports for leadership and C suite

- Ability to convert repetitive HR tasks into automated workflows
- Understand confidentiality, ethics, and governance while using AI
- Hands-on experience in configuring or supporting an HRMS portal.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage mature, sensitive, and sometimes difficult conversations with confidence and discretion.
Preferred:
- Exposure to employee engagement initiatives, change management, or HR analytics will be an added advantage.
- Prior involvement in HR digital transformation, process automation, or system implementation projects.
