Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at DBMCI Official is a full-time remote role responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and supporting leaders and teams across the organization. Day-to-day activities include advising managers on HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and supporting performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and reviews. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, contributing to HR strategy, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support change management efforts, and help foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture.

→ Hands-on experience on Zoho ATS — must have
→ Strong stakeholder management & communication skills, MS Excel/ Google Sheet
→ Full Time MBA / PGDM from a recognised institution.
→ High ownership, empathy, and a people-first mindset
