Role Overview
DAMAC Group is looking for an experienced Manager – HR Business Partner (newly created role) to support the group's Data Center vertical - Damac Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on all HR matters and drive people strategy.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Manage performance, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver recruitment, learning, compensation, and talent initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Led HR Transformational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees).
- We are looking at talent from Shared Service Center or Tech background.
