Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bangalore Rural District. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. The role involves close collaboration with employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Understanding and experience with HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering workplace engagement
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and ensuring organizational compliance
- Experience with Performance Management processes and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the agriculture or life sciences sector is advantageous
