Job Title: HR Executive / HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)Experience: 5–6 Years

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering. The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes, while partnering with business leaders to drive effective HR strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Onboarding & Employee Integration- Coordinate and manage onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensure smooth completion of joining formalities and documentation
- Support new hires in integrating into teams and company culture
HR Business Partnering- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units and stakeholders
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Employee Lifecycle Management- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance management, and employee relations
- Support performance management cycles and employee development plans
Employee Engagement & Retention- Drive engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
Exit Management- Manage employee separation processes including exit interviews and clearances
- Analyze exit feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Required Skills- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Competencies- Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
