Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business leadership team, driving people strategies that support business goals. You will work closely with managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture, enable talent development, and ensure seamless HR operations aligned with Brigade’s values and growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and workforce needs.
- Provide strategic HR insights and solutions to support business priorities.
- Drive organization design, manpower planning, and capability building initiatives.
2. Talent & Performance Management
- Facilitate goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance review processes.
- Identify high potentials and support succession planning.
- Collaborate with managers on development plans and capability enhancement.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
- Conduct periodic one-on-one connect sessions and skip-level meetings.
- Partner with leaders to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Work with TA team to ensure timely hiring as per manpower plan.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new hires.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR processes including confirmation, transfers, exits, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide data insights and dashboards for business reviews.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams and L&D.
- Support rollout of leadership and behavioral development programs.
Skills & Attributes

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven track record as an HRBP managing end-to-end people processes.
