Job Title: HRBP
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for Sales teams, owning the HR charter end-to-end for a fast-paced EdTech organisation.
- Partner with Sales leaders on workforce planning, hiring, productivity and organisational design.
- Lead the Performance Management cycle for Sales – goal setting, reviews, calibration and closure.
- Drive focused retention and engagement initiatives to reduce sales attrition; track and present impact through HR dashboards.
- Be the first point of contact for employee relations and grievances; manage PIPs, investigations, involuntary exits and separation processes.
- Run and analyse employee surveys (eNPS, pulse, engagement), exit interviews and other feedback; translate insights into action plans with business.
- Provide HR analytics and MIS for Sales – attrition, headcount, movement and engagement reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes and applicable labour/statutory requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of core HRBP experience supporting Sales teams; EdTech or high-velocity inside sales experience preferred.
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, PIP and separations.
- Demonstrated impact on improving retention / reducing attrition through HR interventions.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes and Indian labour/statutory compliances for white-collar employees.
- High comfort with data – proficient in Excel and HR reporting; able to build and interpret dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
