Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role located in Faridabad. The Human Resources professional will oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling employee queries and grievances, organizing training and development programs, and working closely with management to build a positive and productive workplace culture. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to align HR objectives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training & Development
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
- Ability to maintain accurate Employee Records and use HR Management Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries
