Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The role involves managing HR strategies, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities include handling HR operations such as payroll, assisting with training and development programs, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals. The HR professional will also work closely with department managers to address staffing needs and improve employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention Strategies
- Familiarity with Payroll Management, HR Operations, and Policy Implementation
- Strong Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet organizational objectives
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospital settings is an advantage
