Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Human Resources professional will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, oversee employee relations and engagement programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws and hospital policies. They will also develop and execute HR strategies, conduct performance management reviews, and provide support in employee development and training programs.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and onboarding experience, including talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Strong skills in employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and workplace policies.
- Expertise in performance management and employee development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and familiar with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
