Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Design talk. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR processes, hiring, onboarding, implementing and updating policies, and managing employee relations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies knowledge
- Employee benefits administration skills
- Personnel management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the design or marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
