Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in New Delhi. The Human Resources professional will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes. Daily responsibilities include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management activities. The role involves resolving employee queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational guidelines. The Human Resources professional will collaborate with leadership and departments to strengthen HR processes, improve workplace practices, and support AMCSL’s mission of inclusive and cooperative development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills with experience in managing core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including policy implementation and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including maintaining employee records, handling queries, and supporting staff relations.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
- Understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and cooperative sector practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in New Delhi.
- Experience in public sector, cooperative organizations, or social development initiatives will be considered an advantage.
