Job Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate – Talent Management to execute and manage key people processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role is suited for someone who is highly organized, strong with follow-ups, and takes ownership of ensuring tasks and timelines are driven to closure without gaps.

This role involves working on time-sensitive processes where consistent follow-through is critical.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, and exits
  • Maintain and update employee data on HRMS (Darwinbox) with high accuracy
  • Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure completion within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with managers and teams to collect required inputs and close processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
  • Maintain trackers, records, and documentation for ongoing processes
  • Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and internal updates
  • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and process guidelines


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in HR (HR Ops / Talent Management / HRBP support)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy
  • Good follow-up skills and ability to ensure closure of assigned work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Excel / PowerPoint
  • Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (good to have)
  • Someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • ₹4 – ₹5.5 LPA (based on experience and fit)
