Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role includes assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance. The individual will help organize training and development initiatives, support performance management processes, and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Associate will collaborate with management to implement HR policies, reinforce company values, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Regular coordination with operations and driver teams will be required to ensure staffing, scheduling, and HR support align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations, with the ability to support core HR processes.
- Experience or interest in Training & Development, including coordinating sessions, tracking participation, and supporting skill-building initiatives.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams, handle confidential information, and resolve basic employee concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; experience in a services, transport, or startup environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jammu, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.
