Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Wilyer is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. The HR Manager will oversee HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records. They will manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance systems in collaboration with finance and leadership. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, leading employee engagement initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting managers with workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will also design and coordinate training, support career development programs, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to India, especially for on-site roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR data reporting.
- Skilled in communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to design and implement HR processes, learning programs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in a technology, media, or advertising environment.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
