About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Puducherry. As a company driven by high-level certifications (e.g., ISO, NABCB, NABL, IATF), your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle while ensuring every HR process remains strictly compliant with both local labor laws and international audit standards.

Responsibilities
- Compliance & Audit Management
- Maintain meticulous HR records (employee files, training logs, and qualification matrices) to ensure "audit-ready" status at all times.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary HR documentation.
- Ensure all HR operations align with ISO / NABCB / IAF MD (or relevant industry) certification guidelines.
- Statutory & Payroll Administration
- Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Gratuity as per Puducherry regulations.
- Manage the monthly payroll process, including attendance tracking and leave management.
- Handle filings for the Pondicherry Shops and Establishments Act and other local labor regulations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates for technical and administrative roles.
- Conduct structured orientations that emphasize our "Culture of Quality" and certification requirements.
- Manage the full offboarding process, including exit interviews and full & final settlements.
- Employee Relations & Training
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances in both Tamil and English.
- Coordinate mandatory training sessions required for certification compliance.
- Maintain the annual training calendar and effectiveness records.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Degree: bachelor's degree or Master in HR, MSW (Human Resources), or a related Master’s degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations (Accreditation / Certification / Inspection / training / Testing / Calibration / Technical Service or Manufacturing industries HR experience are preferred).
Required Skills
- Linguistic Skills: Must be fluent in Tamil (to interact with the local workforce) and English (for documentation and audits).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of International and Indian Labor Laws and Puducherry-specific statutory norms.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex documentation without errors—a "perfectionist" mindset is an asset here.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical) and HRIS/Payroll software.
