We are looking for a proactive HR person to support key HR operations and talent acquisition. The role involves General HR operations, data management, Compliance and sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing employee documentation, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Post job openings on job portals and support employer branding initiatives.
2. HR Operations
- Handle employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain HRMS records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
4. Compliance & Policies
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor laws.
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize and support employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to internal communication and HR initiatives.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field
Skill - Should have good knowledge of Excel
