Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Associate will be tasked with managing core HR operations, handling personnel records, facilitating training and development programs, and supporting employee engagement and recruiting. The role will also involve assisting in creating and implementing HR policies while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and maintaining effective employee communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources-related best practices
- Experience in Training & Development, with the ability to plan and facilitate employee training initiatives
- Exceptional Communication skills—both written and verbal—for internal and external interactions
- Strong attention to detail coupled with organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in handling HR administrative tasks is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters
