About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing HR Associate to support end-to-end HR operations for our U.S. workforce. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business Leaders to deliver seamless employee lifecycle support while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute employee onboarding processes, including background verification, Form I-9 completion, and new hire documentation in compliance with U.S. regulations
- Draft, review, and manage offer letters and employment documentation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive efficient offer rollouts, approvals, and candidate experience.
- Knowledge on PAYCOM /BULLHORN
- Support leave of absence programs (including FMLA) and PTO tracking in alignment with company policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Knowledge on US staffing , C2C , W2 onboarding
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Coordination
- Working knowledge of U.S. HR processes and employment practices
- Experience in managing HR documentation, including offer letters and onboarding records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR or related discipline
- Familiarity with ATS tools and high-volume hiring environments
- Exposure to U.S. compliance frameworks (I-9, FLSA, FMLA, EEO)
- Experience supporting a global or distributed workforce
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends

- Provide ad-hoc support for India HR operations (as and when required), including coordination on onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR process alignment
