About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, people-focused and capable of managing multiple HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Assist in monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll vendor for payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure employee data accuracy in HR systems
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and policy compliance
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Knowledge of payroll inputs and HR documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory
Preferred
- Experience with job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, or Indeed
- Exposure to payroll tools or HRMS systems
