Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Freshers / Talent Acquisition Executives to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various open positions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Understand client requirements and support end-to-end recruitment activities
Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and coordination skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in HR or related specialization
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Candidates with internship experience in recruitment/HR will be a plus
