Role: Employee Engagement Business Manager
Experience: 1-2 years
· Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
o Identify and qualify prospective clients through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
o Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress against revenue targets.
· Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
o Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (HR leaders, C-Suite, etc.).
o Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to convert leads into long-term clients.
Qualifications
· Strong interest in employee engagament / learning & development / DEI.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of social media platforms.
