Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR Associate to support our HR team in managing recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR functions. If you have a passion for people management, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting HR processes, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Support in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems.
- Organize training and development initiatives for employees.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help foster a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
