Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, streamline HR practices, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR practices
- Experience in HR operations and policy development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Familiarity with HR tools/software is an advantage
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 (In-hand)
