We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our internal team at Mintly for a short-term paid contractual assignment. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early HR professionals to gain hands-on recruitment experience.
Role Overview
The HR Associate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within the jewellery and retail industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical HR and hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers
• Support the HR team with hiring campaigns and job postings
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience during the recruitment process
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
Qualifications
• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / PGDM in HR (pursuing or completed) will be an added advantage
