Leadfreak exclusively partners with coaches and B2B businesses to help them generate qualified leads via our proprietary Linkedin outreach systems leveraging automations and AI. Our clientele is majorly based out of USA and UK.
Job Title: HR Associate
Work options: Onsite
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Compensation: Upto INR 25k
What You Will Do
· Support client delivery by conducting targeted market research and outreach to hiring managers.
· Identify and engage relevant hiring managers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
· Collaborate closely with delivery leads and client teams to align outreach with defined industries, roles, and geographies.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, responses, and insights.
· Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring clear, timely communication.
Perquisites To The Role (MANDATORY)
- 2 to 4 years as HR or People Ops Generalist in a startup.
- Sharp writer and note-taker. Clear, concise, and fast.
- Assertive gatekeeper with high EQ and discretion.
- Strong with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, LinkedIn.
- Can build simple dashboards and trackers.
- Comfortable with late evening calls when needed.
