Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Kolkata. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, and organizing recruitment and onboarding processes. This role includes conducting training and development initiatives, coordinating with different departments, and handling communications related to company policies and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Proficiency in HR Operations and related processes
- Experience in coordinating and delivering Training & Development programs
- Strong Communication skills for employee relations and policy dissemination
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multi-level stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
