Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Associate to join our on-site team at our office in Rohini. This role involves managing HR operations, supporting training and development initiatives, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, handling internal communications, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Training and Development processes
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and internal engagement
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
