Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Gurugram. The HR Associate will be responsible for executing HR operations, overseeing employee lifecycle management, and supporting training and development initiatives. Additionally, the role requires maintaining effective communication with employees, aiding in recruitment processes, and ensuring company compliance with HR policies and standards. The role will involve fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Operations
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with HR tools and software; familiarity with HR compliance standards
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial or startup sector is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
