Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting and executing HR processes, overseeing training and development initiatives, and ensuring open and effective communication within the organization. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative tasks to support daily HR functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
- Experience in Training & Development initiatives
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
