We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to join our growing team and help build a strong, dynamic workplace culture. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers end-to-end ownership, from recruiting top talent to managing HR processes and building initiatives that shape Cube’s culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement performance management systems.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Work closely with team leads to support employee development and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Drive initiatives that promote Cube as an exceptional place to work and help attract top-tier talent.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, leave tracking, and employee records.
- Contribute to building and maintaining Cube’s innovative, high-growth culture.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high level of ownership.
