Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Associate. The role involves managing HR operations, coordinating recruitment processes, implementing employee training and development programs, and providing support for day-to-day HR management. The HR Associate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting company objectives.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Associate with 6 months to 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will report directly to the CTO/CEO and will play a critical role in shaping our workplace culture and people processes.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a complete HR Generalist role in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive workplace culture
- Ensure basic statutory compliance and HR best practices
- Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
