Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations. The
role involves assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring
compliance with company policies and labor laws and overseeing the planning and execution of company-
wide events. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities,
and a strategic mindset to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement through impactful
events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and
onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation (offer letters, appointment
letters, confirmations, Pay slips etc.).
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Assist in exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and documentation.
Candidate must have hands-on experience in using KEKA HRMS software for day-to-day HR
operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee data
management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR support role.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Knowledge of HRMS (KEKA HRMS software) or payroll systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
