About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Associate to join our team at Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including induction, performance discussions, grievance redressal, and exit processes. You will serve as the front line for addressing queries, managing behavioral issues, and supporting engagement initiatives and events. Qualifications
- Candidate should be based in Greater Noida or willing to relocate and work exclusively from Greater Noida.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in HR or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning, growth, and taking initiative.
Responsibilities
- Induction: Inform candidates about training schedules, conduct HR induction sessions, introduce organizational policies, and address candidate and parental queries.
- Performance Management: Facilitate regular batch connects, conduct case study sessions, and provide coaching and feedback to scholars based on training team referrals.
- Grievance Redressal: Address scholar grievances within defined SLAs, respond promptly to query tickets, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Parental Engagement: Conduct discussions with parents, obtain parental undertakings before final re-assessment, and ensure transparent communication.
- Internship Support: Orient scholars about internship phases, organizational expectations, and address any concerns or queries related to internships.
- Exit Management: Conduct exit discussions focusing on retention strategies, understand reasons for voluntary exits, and facilitate smooth transition processes.
- Training Support: Support scholars throughout their training by scheduling discussions, understanding root causes of behavioral patterns, and helping them develop self-awareness and performance enhancement strategies.
- Event and Engagement Support: Assist in organizing engagement sessions and events at Greater Noida, fostering a positive organizational culture.
