About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations while supporting smooth business operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
2) Source and shortlist candidates through portals and references
3) Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
4) Manage on boarding and employee documentation
5) Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR files
6) Draft offer letters and HR-related documents
7) Support daily HR operations and employee coordination
8) Maintain professional workplace discipline and communication
Desired Candidate Profile
1) 2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Good understanding of recruitment platforms and HR processes
4) Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
5) Organized and professional approach towards work
Qualification
1) Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2) MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
