Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as managing employee records within HRIS, coordinating benefits administration, and assisting with onboarding, training, and development processes. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to the HR department, maintaining compliance with company policies, and addressing employee inquiries as needed. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources, including knowledge of HR Management and HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for record-keeping and employee data management.
- Experience in Benefits Administration and coordinating employee benefits programs.
- Skills in planning and facilitating training initiatives to enhance employee development and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for addressing employee concerns and supporting HR initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a human resources or administrative role is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is beneficial.
