Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR functions and help strengthen HR processes within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and wants exposure across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
Support Learning & Development initiatives and training programs
Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Coordinate payroll processes and maintain HR records
Ensure statutory compliance and assist in HR policy drafting and implementation
Manage employee lifecycle processes including exits and offboarding
Maintain proper HR documentation and continuously improve HR processes
Manage social media platforms for the company like Instagram, linkedin, youtube. (Posting and creating fun content)
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an HR or HR Generalist role
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Good personality and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a small, hands-on organization where ownership is important
Hands-on with AI tools and comfortable using technology to improve HR efficiency
