🚀 We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (Pharma Industry)
📍 Location: Bejai, Mangaluru
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Are you passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition? We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in the Pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
✅ Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
✅ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (pharma recruitment experience is an advantage).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
✔ Familiarity with recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
