Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring policy compliance, and effectively handling employee relations, including conflict resolution.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in a startup or growing company)
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle employee disputes and sensitive situations
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
