Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring policy compliance, and effectively handling employee relations, including conflict resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in a startup or growing company)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle employee disputes and sensitive situations
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Compensation
₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience and fit)
