Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive / Generalist to handle end-to-end payroll, HR operations, and administrative functions. If you have strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
💰 Payroll Management :
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records
• Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies
• Generate salary slips, reports, and reconciliations
👥 HR Operations :
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
• Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications
• Monitor attendance and leave management systems

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll & HR administration
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS/payroll systems
• Good understanding of statutory compliance & labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills• Experience with HRMS tools like Keka, SmartOffice, etc.
• Exposure to statutory filings and compliance
