Job Title: HR & Placement Coordinator
📍 Location: Thane (2 minutes from station)
🕒 Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced HR & Placement Coordinator with a strong understanding of IT hiring and placement activities. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, company coordination, and student placement initiatives while supporting HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Build company tie-ups and manage placement drives
- Organize seminars, campus activities, and interview sessions
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR processes
- Conduct soft skills and interview preparation sessions
- Maintain HR records, compliance, and policy implementation
- Coordinate internship programs and student placements
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of IT hiring is mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- MBA in HR or relevant qualification preferred
